AtΒ Mariefy, all of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mariefy offers the following solutions:
- A free replacement (our primary solution)
- A replacement with a different product of equal value
- A refund, if a replacement is not possible
To request assistance, please contact Mariefy within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
Mariefy does not require returns of defective or damaged items.
Once Mariefy reviews the issue and the photos provided, we will determine the most appropriate solution based on the situation.
